Author Guidelines

In order to submit a research to our journal, the researchers are required to follow the following conditions:

1- The submitted research must not be published, accepted for publishing, or submitted for publishing in any other journal before; and the researcher should state this in a written form that must be attached with the manuscript of the research.

2- The research submitted to the journal is subject to the international standard plagiarism and similarity detecting Programs. The research will be refused in the case of exceeding the percentage of (%20) of similarity in the similarity report.

3- The number of the pages should not exceed (20) pages. The researcher shall pay extra fees (3000 ID) for each extra page. The total number of the pages should not exceed 30 pages

4- The Editorial Board has the right to delete, reduce or reformulate some sentences for the purposes of editing and linguistic control.

5- The researcher is asked to submit a written pledge in which he confirms his intellectual property of the submitted research and granting the journal all the copyrights and publishing rights in electronic and paper form.

6- The journal is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of the authors.

7- The manuscripts will not be returned to their owners whether accepted for publishing or not.

8- The researcher should submit three printed copies of the manuscript in addition to a copy on a CD. The manuscript should be printed on a computer by using Microsoft word processing software. The font type should be (Simplified Arabic) for Arabic manuscripts and (Times New Roman) for English manuscripts. The font size should be 14 and the space between the lines is (single). The right and left margins should be (2.5) cm, and the top and bottom margins should be (3.17) cm; in addition to using the specialized systems in the inclusion of equations or in drawing charts and graphs before aggregating them to ensure the integrity of the research.

9- The order of the various sections of the research should be as follows:

- The title of the research and it should be in font size (14 bold) and if the manuscript is written in English language, the initials of the title should be capitalized.

- The name of the researcher (or researchers if more than one) and their addresses. The name of the researcher, with whom the correspondence is conducted, should be asterisked.

- The abstract, which contains the gist of the research, should be written in both English and Arabic and it should not exceed (125) words.

- The key words: they are to be added after the abstract in English and Arabic.

- The introduction, which is to be followed by material and methods in the medical research.

- The results and discussions, the conclusions, then the references.

10- If the research contains device based examinations and analyses, the author is required to mention the types of the used devices.

11- Tables and figures are numbered, respectively, as they appear in the research. The tables and figures are also to be titled for ease of reference when mentioned in the body of the manuscript.

12- In case of mentioning a reference in the body of the research, the reference is mentioned by following the number-in-the-brackets system [number].

13- The research should include a list of references and notes. The lists should be documented in an appropriate academic way and arranged according to their sequence in the body of the research.

14- The used sources should be mentioned in a complete form at the end of the research; and as follows:

15- If the research includes a questionnaire, the research is published without the questionnaire, if accepted for publishing.

16- The Editorial Board reserves the right of not accepting any submitted manuscript for publishing without giving reasons and its decisions are final.

17- The manuscripts presented become a property of the journal and they are not to be returned to their authors under any circumstances.
